Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The order processing time may be different from actual shipping times depending on order volume and outside events. Please contact us directly before placing an order if delivery on a fixed date is necessary to endure availability. We will always endeavour to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £5 flat rate shipping to the UK (excluding the Channel Islands).

As standard all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48. Please contact us directly prior to placing your order if you need us to use a different service and we will confirm if this is something we can do.

Local delivery

We do currently not offer local delivery unless previously agreed.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our salon on Chalfont St Peter High Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our normal opening hours and available Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiries@richardrobert.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you wish to return a product you need to contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt and ensure the safe return of any products in saleable, unused and original condition at your own cost. For full information on returns and refunds please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
